Can I Change/Cancel My Order ?
Yes, you may change/cancel your order if it is not yet dispatched. To do so, please log into the ‘My Orders’ page or get in touch with our Rattle Support team at firstname.lastname@example.org your order number and your request . You will need to do so as soon as possible as orders are sometimes shipped immediately.
What Is The Minimum Order Value Required To Place An Order ?
There is no Minimum order, However there may a delivery charge for low value orders.
How Do I Know My Order Has Been Confirmed ?
After checking out during the payment process, you will be redirected to the ‘My Orders’ Tab with details of your orders in process. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered emails address.
What Happens If An Item Ordered Is Out Of Stock ?
Our Rattle Support team will get in touch with you and a refund request will be put in motion. For pre-paid orders the refund will be processed directly into your debit/credit card account used to make the payment or via a gift card. It usually takes 10-15 working days from when the refund request was raised for the amount to reflect in your account. The gift card once issued, can be used right away. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds do not apply, as the payment is not yet made.
How Can I Check The Status Of My Order ?
If you have logged in while placing the order, you can view your order status in the 'My Orders’ Tab. If you have placed the order as a guest your details won't reflect in the 'My Orders' section but don't worry, we will send you timely updates via email and SMS apprising you of your order status.
How Do I Redeem My Store Credit/Voucher ?
Enter your voucher code at the checkout and the voucher amount will automatically adjust and reflect against the total amount.
What Are My Wishlist Products ?
We try our best to keep the store stocked at all times, however incase a situation arises where you are unable to find your favorite tote or the schiffli lace peach dress, you can add it to ‘ My Wish list’. Once the product is available, we attempt to inform you within 24 hours for you to log back on and add to your shopping crib.
What Payment Methods Can I Use ?
We have a number of payment methods. Choose the one that is most convenient for you.
- Online Payment via Credit or Debit We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Maestro cards.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) You can make the payment once the product reaches you. However, this service is available only in within India.
Do You Offer Cash On Delivery (COD) ?
Yes we do, however this is applicable only in India for selected pincodes
How Does Cash On Delivery (COD) WORK ?
When you place a cash on delivery order, you will receive a confirmation call before dispatch. Only once the order is confirmed will we dispatch the same. There are 3 ways to confirm the order:
- You will receive an automated call to confirm/cancel the order.
- Incase you miss it, our Rattle Support Team will call you on the same day or the next working day to confirm/cancel the order.
- You can email us your confirmation at with your order number.
Please note : If we don't hear from you 7 DAYS after you have placed your order, the order will be cancelled. We won't be dispatching the order unless it is confirmed nor will we block stock for it.

You can register by clicking on the ‘Create an Account’ tab. It's an easy way to be in the know about everything and keep track on your order status. You even checkout faster on all future orders once you sign up.
I Don't Remember My Password ?
Select 'Forgot Password' on the Sign-In and you will immediately receive a 'reset password' link on your registered email ID with us.
Can I Edit My Personal Information ?
Yes, it can be done in the 'My Account' section.
How Do I Un-Subscribe From Your Services ?
You can Subscribe/Unsubscribe from our services anytime from the 'My Account' section.
How Do I Know If An Item Is Eligible For Return ?
Most of our items can be returned/exchanged for a new product or store credit. Please read the individual product page for more details. For products that can be exchanged, we adopt a 15-DAY RETURN / EXCHANGE policy as long as the returned products are unused, unwashed, and returned with all original packaging and tags. Do note, free gifts/products won or received in promotional offers, or otherwise mentioned on the product page cannot be returned or exchanged.
How Does My Refund Work ?
You will get a credit voucher on your registered email for the eligible refund amount you paid which is valid for one year.
What If I Receive A Damaged / Defective / Wrong Product ?
We Quality Control all our shipping and packaging processes, but in rare circumstances, if you do receive a damaged, defective/wrong product or an incomplete order, simply get in touch with us within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order with pictures at email@example.com and we will take care of the rest.
Do You Have A Reverse Pickup Service ?
Yes, we have a reverse-pickup service at a nominal charge of INR 50.The same will be adjusted against your store credit voucher.We will arrange for a representative of the courier company to pick up the product from you in 3-5 working days. Please keep the parcel ready and packaged as you have received it with all the tags and original packing intact and enclose a copy of the bill or a paper with your order number. In case your pin code is not serviceable by our team, you will need to courier the product back to us at your own cost.
What Is The Process To Return A Product ?

How Long Will It Take To Process My Return ?
It will take 15 to 25 working days for you to receive a replacement or store credit.
Is There An Additional Shipping Charge ?
Shipping and handling rates vary based on the product, its size and volume, the packaging used and the shipping destination. You will see the final shipping and handling charges at the time of checkout after you provide the shipping address for your order.
How Long Will It Take For My Order To Reach Me ?
This depends on whether the products in your order, mode of payment and on your location. We dispatch our products from Monday to Friday, and it takes another 3 to 10 working days for the order to reach you based on your location. Some products are on free –shipping or sale, please expect a short delay in the dispatch of these products. The relevant product page will have these details mentioned.
Mode Of Payment
- Prepaid Orders: Once you place an order, we will try and dispatch most products within 48 working hours itself. But this is based on the product.
- Cash On Delivery Orders: - We will dispatch your order the next working day after the cash on delivery order is confirmed. But this is based on the product.
Will All The Items In My Order Be Shipped In The Same Box ?
We try our best to dispatch all products in one shipment for your convenience. In case you have ordered from multiple brands, the order will be dispatched as and when pieces from your order are available.
